FOR UPGRADING THE INTEGRATED TRAINING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (ITMS)

                                (ENSSURE/CS/SQ/06-080/81)

Enhanced Skills for Sustainable and Rewarding Employment (ENSSURE) Project is a bilateral initiative of the Government of Nepal and the Government of Switzerland. ENSSURE supports all three spheres of government to institutionalize work-based learning, mainly the dual VET apprenticeship programs in Nepal. The project has been supporting for upgrading of existing ITMS being used by the Office of Controller of Examination (OCE), CTEVT. In this regard, the Project Support Unit (PSU) invites proposals from interested and qualified consulting firms to upgrade the examination management system of the existing ITMS.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) has been addressed to all the eligible consulting firms. Interested consulting firms can download documents from  https://notice.helvetasnepal.org

The revised deadline for the submission of the proposal on or before 15:00hrs, 4 March 2024, and submitted proposals will open at 16:00hrs 4 March 2024.  If the last day of submission falls on a public holiday, then the next working day and same time shall be considered the last date.

Consultants who have already submitted proposals can withdraw or modify their proposal by 29 February 2024 and resubmit again within the revised deadline and time, otherwise, those previously received proposals will be considered valid.

Any inquiries other than necessary clarifications on the Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be entertained and any type of solicitation will automatically disqualify the bidder from the selection process. ENSSURE/Helvetas Nepal, PSU reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without stating any cause.
